National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is an institute established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to build human resource capacity in securities markets and the broader financial sector. It operates as an autonomous public trust governed by a Board of Governors, chaired ex-officio by the SEBI Chairperson.
About the Opportunity:
NISM is inviting applications for administrative roles to support the growing activities across various verticals of the Institute. The positions involve a range of responsibilities focused on educational and training programs, as well as investor education.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the conduct of long-term and short-term programs, including data science programs.
- Coordinate with clients and regulators to ensure the timely conduct of training and capacity-building programs (MDPs).
- Prepare program schedules, structures, budgets in consultation with the Reporting Officer.
- Assist faculty and program directors with internal assessments and other program-related activities.
- Develop, deliver, and execute online courses on e-learning platforms and promote investor education.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and other events by engaging with investors and industry professionals.
- Invigilate exams, maintain vigilance, and ensure quality checking through video post-examination.
- Ensure the timely conduct of certification exams, declaration of results, and issuance of grade sheets/certificates.
- Conduct Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs, liaise with CPE providers, and manage the empanelment of trainers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Professionals such as CA/ACS/ICWA, degree in law, or First-class Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Finance/Securities Markets (including one-year Post Graduate Diploma courses offered by NISM), Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Retail, Social Media, or other relevant disciplines from reputed institutes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in securities markets or educational institutions.
