Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor compliances with applicable laws and regulations of India including laws related to information technology
- Work closely and creatively with other functions in their respective statutory compliances and provide support and guidance to internal teams on respective compliance matters.
- Primary responsible for managing compliance management tools and preparation of the compliance reports at regular intervals.
- Update on regulatory changes to various teams to align with new compliance requirements.
- Participate and lead group initiatives.
- Actively working on training and building awareness.
Skills Required
- Monitor compliance management tools and provide requisite support on the usage of the tool, change process, and updates on new/amended laws to various stakeholders.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing compliance data; preparing executive level reports, highlighting key trends, for the purpose of Leadership review, regulatory/ audit compliance reporting
- Knowledge and exposure to various laws/ regulations related to the company’s operations.
- Prepare training materials (including computer-based training) and conduct training (employees)
- The job role also requires a post-qualification experience of about 1- 2 years.
