Essential Qualification and Experience:
- LL.B./LL.M. (IPR Specialization) with preferably an undergraduate degree in science/technology.
- Demonstrable interest in IP & Technology Law and International IP Law.
- Minimum 3 years of IP litigation, IP prosecution, or IP transactional experience (if candidate holds only an LL.B.) and is looking for an academic sabbatical; OR
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IP litigation/patent prosecution/IP academic work (if the candidate holds an LL.M. with IPR specialization), with at least one journal publication.
