Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Officers from Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, fulfilling the following criteria:
- (i) Holding analogous posts in the parent department handling Legal affairs; OR
- (ii) With 5 years of regular service in PB-III (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- in a role involving Legal affairs.
- Degree in Law from a recognized university entitling registration at Bar and court appearances.
