Essential Qualification and Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech/LLB OR
- MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Two-year Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution
- Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in the relevant field at the equivalent or next lower grade of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 in a large & reputed organization
- For candidates from private sector/Public Ltd./JV/contract basis, must have a CTC of ₹7.41 lakhs (excluding PF, Gratuity & Pension) in the preceding one year
Desirable:
- Specific training in Vigilance/Investigation-related courses will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of CDA rules / Prevention of Corruption Act / IPC is desirable
- Should be well-versed with the process and stages of investigation and disciplinary proceedings
- Must possess the ability to undertake investigation/inquiry tasks
