Chief General Manager (Legal):
Mode of Appointment: Deputation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers from Central/State Governments, UTs, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, etc.
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in Level-14 (₹144200–218200)
OR - With 3 years regular service in Level-13 (₹123100–215900)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute
- 17 years’ regular service in posts carrying substantive Pay Scale of Level-10 (₹56100–177500) or above
- At least 10 years’ experience in law related to:
- Contractual matters
- Arbitration
- Legislative matters
- Land acquisition
General Manager (Legal):
Mode of Appointment: Deputation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers from Central/State Governments, UTs, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, etc.
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in Level-13 (₹123100–215900)
OR - With 5 years regular service in Level-12 (₹78800–209200)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute
- 14 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years in:
- Contractual matters
- Arbitration
- Legislative matters
- Land acquisition
