🎓 Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
💼 Desirable Qualification:
- Degree in LL.B., CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance)
