Essential Qualification and Experience
- Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
- Preferred: Post Graduate Degree, MBA, or Degree in Law.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- At least 5 years’ experience in compliance, preferably focused on debt collection or recovery processes.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in handling compliance in debt collection or recovery.
