Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Three-year Graduate Course in LL.B. or Integrated LL.B. from a university approved by the UGC.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of court litigation practice as an advocate before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Additionally, 5 years of experience working with Central Government Ministries, Organizations, or PSUs, handling court matters.
