Essential Qualification and Experience:
- LL.B. degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute approved by the Bar Council of India
- Qualified to be registered as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
- At least 10 years of practice in a Court of Law or as a legal expert
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling legal matters in Government Departments, including court case management
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Government rules, RTI, Patent, and IPR-related matters
