Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business administration, economics, commerce, or law from a recognized university or institution.
- Retired officers from a central/state ministry, department, organization, autonomous body, statutory body, or PSU with:
- Experience as an Under Secretary/AGM or equivalent post, or
- At least 3 years of experience as a Section Officer or equivalent post.
