Essential Qualification and Experience
Consultant (IQAC)
- Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Strong academic writing skills and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in a higher educational institute or institute of repute.
- Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software packages.
Consultant (Admin.)
- Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Strong command over English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Educational Institute of Government/ Autonomous Body/ University.
- Experience in handling recruitment, service matters, office procedures, RTI matters, reservations, court matters, and other establishment-related tasks.
Consultant (HR)
- Post-Graduate/ CA/ CS/ LL.B. Degree with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.
- Strong command over English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, at least at the level of Assistant Registrar or above, in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Educational Institute of Government/ Autonomous Body/ University.
- Experience in handling recruitment, service matters, office procedures, RTI matters, reservations, court matters, and other HR-related tasks.
