Essential Qualification and Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in BA/B.Com/B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech/Law/Management/CA/CS/CMA or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualification: MBA/M.Tech/MCA/LLM.
- For Public Sector Employees:
- Must hold a post or grade in a Central/State PSU or Autonomous Body equivalent to Pay Level 11 (7th CPC) or have 5 years of service in a post or grade equivalent to Pay Level 10 (7th CPC).
- For Private Sector Employees:
- Must be working in an organization with:
- Annual turnover exceeding ₹300 Crore.
- Annual CTC of at least ₹9 lakhs in the previous year.
- Total service experience of 12 years post-qualification.
