Essential Qualification and Experience:
Deputy General Manager (HRM)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree (MBA/MA/MSW)/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, OD, HRD, Labour Welfare or equivalent.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Computer Proficiency
- 16 years of experience (including military service for Ex-Servicemen).
- Ex-Servicemen must hold rank of Lt. Colonel & above (Army), Commander & above (Navy), Wing Commander & above (Air Force), or equivalent in Paramilitary Forces.
Assistant Manager (HRM)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree (MBA/MA/MSW)/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, OD, HRD, Labour Welfare or equivalent.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Computer Proficiency
- 2 years of experience in HRM, IR, or General HR functions.
