Essential Qualification and Experience
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- Having five years of regular service in Level 11 in the pay matrix (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, along with experience in legal and legislative matters.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university or institute with eight years of experience in handling legal and legislative matters; OR
- Master’s degree in law from a recognized university or institute with five years of experience in handling legal and legislative matters.
