Position Overview:
The Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is seeking applications for the empanelment of Advocates and Mediators. Successful applicants will serve from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Criminal Panel-I:
- At least ten (10) years of experience as an advocate by May 31, 2024 (excluding any apprenticeship period).
Criminal Panel-II, Matrimonial Panel, Labour Panel, and Civil Panel:
- At least five (5) years of experience as an advocate by May 31, 2024 (including any apprenticeship period).
Jail Visiting Panel:
- At least three (3) years of experience as an advocate by May 31, 2024 (including any apprenticeship period).
Mediator Panel:
- At least five (5) years of experience as an advocate by May 31, 2024 (including any apprenticeship period).
- Completion of forty hours of mediator training by May 31, 2024.
