Empanelment of Advocates at Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Jammu & Kashmir and UT Ladakh for Block Year 2024-2027
Position: Panel Advocate
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- Minimum 7 years of court practice experience for High Courts and other Courts in the State. For NCDRC, NCLAT, and NCLT, 10 years of experience is required.
