The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Zonal Office, Mumbai, a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites applications for the engagement of Panel Counsel(s) for the block year 2025-27 to represent the Central Board, EPF before various judicial forums.
Position: Panel Advocate
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Enrollment/registration as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- For the Supreme Court, registration as an Advocate-on-Record is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional/court practice experience for High Courts and other State Courts; 10 years for the Supreme Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, and NCLT.
Note: The Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax experience requirements or add qualifications/conditions as deemed appropriate.
