Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, invites applications for the empanelment of Advocates to represent the Central Board, EPF before various courts within the jurisdiction of the Hubballi Zone. The empanelment will be for a period of three years from the date of the order.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- For Law Firms:
- Law firms may apply for empanelment and assign advocates to handle EPFO cases, ensuring no conflict of interest arises while representing EPFO.
- For Advocates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- Minimum 7 years of professional/court practice experience, specifically for High Courts and other courts in the state.
Note:
The Central Provident Fund Commissioner reserves the right to relax the experience requirement or specify additional qualifications/conditions as deemed necessary.
