The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) invites applications for the Empanelment of Advocates for the Block Year 2025-28. These advocates will represent the Central Board, EPF before various judicial bodies, including High Courts, CAT, CGIT, SCDRC, NCLT, DCDRF, and other courts in the North East Region.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
- Enrollment:
- Must be enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional/court practice for High Courts and other courts in the State.
- For NCLAT and NCLT, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Relaxation:
- The Central Provident Fund Commissioner may relax experience requirements or add any other qualifications as deemed fit.
