Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala
- Minimum 20 years of active practice in legal matters, especially in:
- Real estate laws
- Property laws
- Consumer protection laws
- Contract law
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy
- Building rules and other regulatory frameworks
- Experience in appearing before Real Estate Regulatory Authorities, Tribunals, and High Courts is an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and allied rules and regulations
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam with excellent drafting skills
