Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Assistant Professor (Law):
- A:
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Must have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test) or similar accredited tests (SLET/SET) by UGC, or hold a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations for exemption from NET.
- B:
Ph.D. degree obtained from a top 500 ranked foreign university (QS, THE, or ARWU rankings).
Associate Professor (Law):
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience at the level of Assistant Professor.
- At least 7 research publications in peer-reviewed or reputed journals.
- A total research score of 75, as per UGC criteria.
Professor (Law):
- A:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience or equivalent research experience.
- At least 10 publications in reputed journals or as book chapters/books.
- A total research score of 120, as per UGC criteria.
- B:
An outstanding professional with a Ph.D. and 10 years of experience who has made significant contributions to the relevant discipline.
