Internship Details
Position: Corporate Law Intern
Duration: 3 to 12 months
Mode: Virtual (Online)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law students in Year 3 or 4.
- Skills and Interests:
- Experience or strong interest in Corporate Law, particularly in areas such as Contract Drafting, Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark), and Legal Research.
- Strong research abilities.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, RBI regulations, POSH Act, and Trademark Act.
