Required Qualifications and Experience
- Ph.D. and Research Publications: Candidates should be distinguished scholars with a Ph.D. in the relevant or related discipline. They must have a substantial record of high-quality research publications, with at least ten (10) articles in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, and a Research Score of 120 according to UGC regulations (Appendix II, Table 2, 2018).
- Teaching and Research Track Record: A minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience in a university or college as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, or equivalent research experience at a university or national level institution, with proven success in guiding doctoral students.
- Professional Achievement: Exceptional professionals with a Ph.D. in the relevant, allied, or applied disciplines, who have made significant scholarly contributions, evidenced by documented achievements, are encouraged to apply. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in academia or industry is required.
