Position Details and Essential Qualifications:
Joint Registrar:
- Eligibility:
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutions.
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Five years’ experience in court matters or other posts involving interpretation or application of statutes.
Joint Director (Research):
- Eligibility:
- Officers under the Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutions.
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
- Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Human Rights, Psychology, Population Studies, or Criminology from a recognized University.
- Five years’ research experience in any of the above subjects in a recognized Institution or University.
Under Secretary:
- Eligibility:
- Officers under Central/State Government or Union Territories:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With seven years’ service in level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University.
Assistant Registrar:
- Eligibility:
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutions:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With seven years’ service in level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in the pay matrix or equivalent.
- Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University.
