Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility:

Retired Government/PSU Employees:

  • Should be retired Central/State Government employees or retired PSU employees at Level 12 or above (equivalent to Deputy Secretary or above).
  • Must have a strong understanding of handling legal matters.

Non-Government/Private Sector Applicants:

  • Individuals from Non-Government organizations, Private firms, Consultancy firms, or Multinational organizations.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Familiarity with court procedures is essential.

Experienced Legal Professionals:

  • Officers/Individuals with adequate experience of working in different courts or legal firms for the last 10 years.
  • Must be familiar with court procedures.
