Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Eligibility:
Retired Government/PSU Employees:
- Should be retired Central/State Government employees or retired PSU employees at Level 12 or above (equivalent to Deputy Secretary or above).
- Must have a strong understanding of handling legal matters.
Non-Government/Private Sector Applicants:
- Individuals from Non-Government organizations, Private firms, Consultancy firms, or Multinational organizations.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Familiarity with court procedures is essential.
Experienced Legal Professionals:
- Officers/Individuals with adequate experience of working in different courts or legal firms for the last 10 years.
- Must be familiar with court procedures.
