Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University established by Law in India and recognized as such by the Bar Council of India.
- Experience: Must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction with a minimum of seven years of actual practice as of the last date of the receipt of the application.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading and writing Urdu.
