Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Law Officer
- Education: LL.B. Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practicing experience as an Advocate in the High Court of Calcutta (both Appellate and Original Side), with personal familiarity with the procedures/registry/filing of cases at City Civil Court Calcutta, Alipore Courts, Howrah Court, and other forums.
Assistant Law Officer
- Education: LL.B. Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience related to practice in any Court of Law, preferably as an Advocate in Record in the High Court.
