About the Opportunity
NADA is seeking a Law Officer to join its team in New Delhi. The position is to be filled on deputation/absorption/re-employment/promotion basis, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals from government and public sector backgrounds.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- Deputation (including short-term contract)/Absorption/Promotion/Re-employment:
- Officers of Central/State/UTs Government, PSUs, Autonomous/Statutory Bodies, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutes.
- (a) (i) Holding an analogous post on a regular basis or
- (a) (ii) With 02 years of regular service in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix or three (03) years of regular service in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: 08 years’ experience in dealing with legal matters in Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Bodies.
