Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Legal Advisor:
- Officers from legal departments of Central/State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings:
- (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
- (ii) With 5 years of service in Level-12 of Pay Matrix.
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a minimum of 14 years’ experience in handling legal matters.
Assistant Legal Advisor:
- Officers from legal departments of Central/State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings:
- (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
- (ii) With 5 years of service in Level-11 of Pay Matrix.
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling legal matters.
