Essential Qualification and Experience
- Minimum graduate degree in Indian Law (LL.B.)
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in handling cases related to wildlife and general forest matters, including proceedings in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) and labour courts
- Proven expertise in drafting and submitting replies and other legal documents to the Hon’ble High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
