Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer & creator contracts and make sure they are being signed and also making a repository of them
- Managing terms of all contracts and help in negotiations and keep a tracker of all major terms of contracts
- Updating and renewing all existing contracts as per business needs
- Keeping a track of all renewals and getting contracts renewed accordingly
- Take care of all labour and secretarial compliances
- Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly compliance tracker and ensure all filings are done
- Making and maintaining annexures to all our contracts and MOUs
- Helping in due diligence and investor requirements of any data as and when required
The ideal candidate must have –
- CS/LLB with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Should understand basics of legal and compliances
- Should have an excellent understanding of Indian Corporate Laws
- Should have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment flexibility, ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership
