Position: Legal Researcher (Contractual)
Location: High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- The candidate must be a graduate in law from a recognized law school/college/university/institute established by law in India.
- Should be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Final year students pursuing a three/five-year law degree are eligible to apply but must provide proof of qualification at the time of the interview or before taking up the engagement.
- Must have good working knowledge of computers.
