About the Opportunity: The Government of Maharashtra invites applications for the position of Member (Judicial) at the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad. This role is suited for experienced legal professionals with substantial expertise in litigation and judicial services.

Essential Qualification and Experience: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- A Judge or former Judge of a High Court.
- Held the post of Additional Secretary to the Government of India or an equivalent/higher post in the Department of Legal Affairs or the Legislative Department, including Member-Secretary, Law Commission of India.
- For a combined period of ten years, served as a District Judge and Additional District Judge.
- Been an advocate with at least ten years of substantial experience in litigation in service matters in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Armed Forces Tribunal, High Court, or Supreme Court.
