Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- As per Rule 3(12)(b) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021:
- (i) Judge of a High Court; or
- (ii) Ten years’ experience as a District Judge/Additional District Judge; or
- (iii) A person with ability, integrity, and 25 years’ experience in economics, business, law, finance, public affairs, or related fields.
