Essential Qualifications and Experience
Deputy General Manager (Legal)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with 3 years LLB or 5 years integrated law degree with at least 55% marks from a BCI-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including:
- At least 7 years as a practicing advocate (Civil Courts and High Courts/Tribunals of Andhra Pradesh).
- Minimum 7 years in the legal department of a government organization/PSU/reputed private organization.
- Grade Experience:
- Government/PSUs: 3 years in immediate lower grade of IDA Rs. 29,900-54,500 (2007) or Rs. 70,000–2,00,000 (2017) or equivalent.
- Private Sector: Present CTC of Rs. 20 lakhs per annum in organizations with cases of over Rs. 100 crores.
- Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of Telugu and IR environment experience.
Senior Manager (Legal)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with 3 years LLB or 5 years integrated law degree with at least 60% marks from a BCI-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including:
- At least 6 years as a practicing advocate or legal department experience in government/PSUs/reputed private organizations.
- Grade Experience:
- Government/PSUs: 3 years in immediate lower grade of IDA Rs. 24,900–50,500 (2007) or Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 (2017) or equivalent.
- Private Sector: Present CTC of Rs. 17 lakhs per annum in organizations with cases of over Rs. 100 crores.
- Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of Telugu and IR environment experience.
Deputy Manager (Legal)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with 3 years LLB or 5 years integrated law degree with at least 60% marks from a BCI-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in legal matters in government organizations, PSUs, reputed private organizations, or law firms.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in arbitration, labor laws, or civil side cases.
- Grade Experience:
- Government/PSUs: 3 years in immediate lower grade of IDA Rs. 16,400–40,500 (2007) or Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 (2017) or equivalent.
- Private Sector: Present CTC of Rs. 11 lakhs per annum.
