Essential Qualification and Experience
For appointment as Presiding Officer in the Industrial Tribunal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947):
- Category (a): The candidate must be, or have been, a Judge of a High Court.
- Category (b): The candidate must have served as a District Judge and Additional District Judge for a combined period of ten years.
