Essential Qualification and Experience
For appointment as Presiding Officer in an Industrial Tribunal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), a person must:
- Be or have been a Judge of a High Court; or
- Have served as a District Judge and Additional District Judge for a combined period of ten years.
