Eligibility Criteria
Option A:
- Ph.D. in Law from a UGC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience at the university/college level or research experience at equivalent level with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates.
Option B:
- Ph.D. in Law from an academic institution (not listed in Option A) or from industry.
- Significant contributions to knowledge in the field of Law, with documentary evidence.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
