Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
- With 2 years’ service in Level-13A (₹1,31,100–2,16,600) in the pay matrix; OR
- With 3 years’ service in Level-13 (₹1,23,100–2,15,900) in the pay matrix
And
- Degree in Law from a recognized university
- 15 years’ work experience in a Group A post in:
- A Court, Tribunal, or Quasi-Judicial Authority; OR
- Personnel/administrative matters involving interpretation of Government rules, regulations, and instructions
