Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates must possess an LL.M. degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
- Alternatively, candidates with an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university are also eligible to apply.
