Position: Senior Manager (Law)
Number of Posts: 04 (Four)
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies.
- Must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank, State or Central Government, or PSU.
- Alternatively, at least 6 years post-qualification experience as a practicing advocate independently or with a reputed law firm, with experience before a District Court, High Court, or DRT. At least 1 year should include working as a Law Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
