Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Degree in LL.B.
- Certification: Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience:
- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Session Courts.
- Detailed record of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an advocate with experience in handling criminal matters.
