Age Limit: 50 Years
Essential Qualification and Experience
- The applicant must be empanelled with any department of GNCTD.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of experience in the High Court, handling cases related to:
- MHA, 2017 matters
- Labour & Service laws
- Arbitration
- Writ petitions
- Minimum 07 years of experience in the High Court, handling cases related to:
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various laws and legal procedures.
