Essential Qualification and Experience:
Deputy Director (Corporate Law)
- Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies:
- Holding analogous posts; or
- 5 years’ service in Level 10 of the pay matrix.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in any discipline + LLB with 2 years’ experience in Corporate Law; or
- 5-year Integrated LLB with 3 years’ experience in Corporate Law.
Deputy Director (Forensic Audit)
- Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies:
- Holding analogous posts; or
- 5 years’ service in Level 10 of the pay matrix.
- Educational Qualification:
- CA / CMA / CS / CFA / PGDM (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / MBE / M.Com / LL.B
- 3 years’ experience in audit or forensic audit from a Govt./listed private organization.
Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit)
- Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies:
- Holding analogous posts; or
- 2 years’ service in Level 8 or
- 3 years’ service in Level 7 of the pay matrix.
- Educational Qualification:
- CA / CMA / CS / CFA / PGDM (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / MBE / M.Com / LL.B
- 1 year experience in audit or forensic audit in a Government organization.
