Essential Qualifications and Experience
Chief Manager (Law)
- Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Law degree (LL.B. – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA, OR
- Five years’ integrated Law degree from a recognized university with first division or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience:
- 15 years of post-qualification executive experience with a CTC of ₹20 Lakh per annum.
- Proven expertise in:
- Drafting, vetting, and executing legal documents related to project financing.
- Legal due diligence of loan proposals and documents.
- Knowledge of corporate/commercial laws, DRT, civil/criminal courts, and arbitration proceedings in banks/financial institutions.
- Core competence in analyzing legal and security packages for project financing.
Deputy Manager (Law)
- Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Law degree (LL.B. – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA, OR
- Five years’ integrated Law degree from a recognized university with first division or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience:
- 9 years of post-qualification executive experience with a CTC of ₹15 Lakh per annum.
- Similar expertise as required for Chief Manager (Law).
Officer (Law)
- Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Law degree (LL.B. – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA, OR
- Five years’ integrated Law degree from a recognized university with first division or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience:
- 3 years of post-qualification executive experience with a CTC of ₹10 Lakh per annum.
- Similar expertise as required for Deputy Manager (Law).
