Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law (LLB) (3 years/5 years).
- Experience Requirements:
- For candidates in Central/State Govt./PSUs/autonomous organizations:
- Total 12 years of relevant experience.
- For DGM (E5): Minimum 2 years in the grade of E4 (Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000) or in the CDA scale of Level 11.
- For CM (E4): Minimum 2 years in the grade of E3 (Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000) or in the CDA scale of Level 10.
- For candidates from Private Sector:
- Minimum annual CTC of Rs. 14.75 LPA for E4 and Rs. 17.20 LPA for E5 for FY 2022-23 / 2023-24.
- Must have worked for a minimum of 3 years in the last 5 years (starting from FY 2019-20) in organizations with a turnover of Rs. 250 crores and above.
