Essential Qualification and Experience

Associate (Legal) – A

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: More than 1 year and up to 2 years.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Associate (Legal) – B

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: More than 2 years and up to 3 years.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Associate (Legal) – C

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: More than 3 years and up to 4 years.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Associate (Legal) – D

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: LL.B. with more than 4 years and up to 5 years, or LL.M. with more than 1 year.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Associate (Legal) – E

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: LL.B. with more than 5 years and up to 6 years, or LL.M. with more than 2 years.

Associate (Legal) – F

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: LL.B. with more than 6 years and up to 7 years, or LL.M. with more than 3 years.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.

Associate (Legal) – G

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university/institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: LL.B. with more than 7 years, or LL.M. with more than 4 years.
  • Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.
