Essential Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field with 5–7 years of experience.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, monitoring, and surveillance for Authorised Persons, Affiliates, and Referral Partners, including physical visits if required.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement for partners.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and documentation as required by SEBI.
- Conduct regular compliance training for the Business Development team and Authorised Persons.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for compliance reviews and audits.
- Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities and findings.
- Support senior compliance team during investigations into compliance breaches and in implementing corrective measures.
- Occasional travel may be required.
