🎓 Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Minimum 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in a legal and compliance role
- Deep understanding of:
- Corporate Compliance Programs (7-pillar structure)
- Whistleblower programs and regulatory frameworks
- Anti-bribery, anti-corruption, antitrust laws
- Confidentiality protocols and enforcement mechanisms
- Experience in advising, implementing, and managing compliance programs is essential
- Familiarity with investigations, remediation plans, and regulatory interpretations
Desirable (not mandatory):
- Knowledge or experience in using analytics and automation for risk evaluation and compliance processes
🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Infosys’s Whistleblower Program globally
- Handle complex investigations and support remediation strategies
- Contribute to the Compliance & Integrity Plan, identifying trends and suggesting improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key compliance regimes applicable to Infosys
- Enhance employee feedback and whistleblower systems in collaboration with HR
- Conduct compliance trainings and internal communications to align with best industry practices
- Interpret and analyze new and emerging regulations affecting Infosys operations
- Oversee complaints and ensure effective resolution and documentation of compliance issues
